About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Drive-Thru Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our drive-thru operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Develop: (Supervise and train drive-thru team members on all aspects of their roles, including order taking, food preparation, and customer service)
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve high levels of performance and exceed guest expectations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Drive-Thru Operations:
  • Manage the flow of traffic and ensure efficient order processing.
  • Monitor order accuracy and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru area.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Guest Experience:
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolve guest concerns and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Financial Performance:
  • Contribute to the restaurant's financial success by maximizing drive-thru sales and minimizing costs.
  • Assist with inventory management and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong emphasis on drive-thru operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Passion for providing exceptional (second mile) customer service
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
